This smart speaker enclosure was developed around the practical requirements of the speaker driver, PCB, charging connection, audio input, and assembly process. The internal architecture provides dedicated mounting features for the electronics while keeping exterior openings controlled and visually simple. The enclosure design balances acoustic access, component clearance, cable routing, and serviceable assembly within a compact consumer-product form. CAD development supported manufacturing and helped confirm how the internal parts would locate inside the housing. The final enclosure was manufactured and put into use.
