Massage Gun Head Attachment Design

This product design concept explores a coordinated family of interchangeable massage gun attachments for different contact areas and use preferences. Each head uses a distinct profile while sharing a consistent mounting language and visual system.

Development considerations included contact geometry, edge softness, material behavior, cleanability, attachment fit, and the loads transferred through the connection. CAD modeling and prototype thinking helped refine the proportions and make the differences between each attachment easy to understand. The result is a product family designed to move from visual concept toward fit testing, material evaluation, and manufacturing review.
